Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Tags must remain attached where applicable.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be shipped within 7 days of return approval. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
